Appel Farm Arts & Music Center - Healthy HeARTS 5k / 11-2-24

Appel Farm Arts & Music Center, an arts education leader in South Jersey, is celebrating Fall with its third annual Healthy HeARTS Festival on November 2, 10 am-1 pm. This event honors the wellness of mind, body and community through the arts, and is open to all ages, free of charge.

Join Appel Farm for a vibrant day of community and fun! The event kicks off with a 5K and 1-mile fun run/walk on Appel Farm's scenic campus—pre-registration required at  https://runsignup.com/Race/NJ/Elmer/healthyhearts. Medals will be awarded to the top three male and female finishers overall and in each age group. Proceeds from the race benefit Appel Farm’s arts programming across South Jersey.

After the race, there will be a free, family-friendly event open to the general public that includes live music, local food vendors, and family-friendly art making activities for all ages. Don’t forget to visit the wellness resource tables featuring local partners, where you can learn about services and resources including health screenings and educational materials for review.
