Cedar Rose Vineyards - Vineyard Vinyasa/ 9-14-25

Start off with a one-hour long yoga class that will be appropriate for all levels, and end it with a glass of wine and a delicious brunch to help relax even further! Ticket includes class, glass of wine, and brunch. Please bring your own mat and water bottle. Kasey will provide any other accessories needed for the class.
There is also a brunch-free option should you wish to only participate in the class and enjoy a glass of wine (please note our regular menu is not served until 12pm).
In case of rain, depending on class size, it may be moved indoors or onto the porch, or we may reschedule to the following Sunday.
