Rowan College of South Jersey Career & Technical Education - Career Confidence Boot Camp: Build Your Perfect Resume & Interview With Confidence / 10-9, 10-16, 10-23 and 10-30-25

This is a career prep boot camp that assists participants in showcasing skills, boosting confidence and standing out as the ideal applicant for their career endeavors.

Participants will define their skills, successfully market themselves on resumes and practice essential interview preparation skills, including the S.T.A.R. interview method to be more proactive in their interview approach.

Get ready to build your confidence going into your first job, a promotion or for changing careers. This 8-hour course is held on campus. If you need a later class time, please email jbates13@rcsj.edu to be added to the evening course wait list.

This free course is available through a partnership between the New Jersey Community College Consortium for Workforce and Economic Development, and the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development. Attendees must be employed by a registered New Jersey business. Public and State employees are not eligible for this grant-funded training, but there are other options available.  Participants who complete the entire duration of their classes will receive a professional development certificate of completion.
