Rowan College of South Jersey- Getting Along in the Workplace / Thursdays from November 7 to November 21, 2024

Many people see conflict as a negative experience. In fact, conflict is a necessary part of our personal growth and development. When this type of conflict arises, negative energy can result, causing hurt feelings and damaged relationships. This course will give participants the tools that will help resolve conflict successfully and produce a win-win outcome. 

Must work for a NJ employer 20 hours or more per week. State and public employees are not eligible for this course.
