Pathstone's 2025 Helping Youth Prepare For Employment is looking for employers to partner with to provide volunteer work experience to its participants. All participants receive work readiness soft skills training before applying for a work experience. The participant is required to complete 100 hours of volunteer work while earning minimum wage paid by Pathstone with the intentions of gaining hands-on experience in that field of work.
